- The product has manufacturing defects.
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Share order details and supporting images/videos.
- Provide an unboxing video as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Used or damaged products after delivery.
- Products without original packaging.
- Earrings and certain hygiene-sensitive items.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
3. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged based on:
- Product availability.
- Verification of product condition.
- Approval by our support team.
Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the error is from our side.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after:
- Product inspection.
- Approval of return request.
Refund timelines:
- UPI / Wallet / Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days.
- Credit / Debit Card Refunds: 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customized jewellery orders usually cannot be cancelled once production begins.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number.
- Photos or videos.
- Unboxing proof.
Without valid proof, claims may not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping
Depending on the situation:
- Customers may need to ship the product back.
- Return pickup may be arranged where available.
Products must be unused and returned in original condition with packaging.
8. Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent claims:
- Unboxing video may be mandatory.
- Returns are subject to verification.
- We reserve the right to reject suspicious claims.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Minor color differences due to photography or screen settings.
- Delays caused by courier services.
- Customer misuse or mishandling after delivery.
